RestockMyKit has recently added a presence on both Twitter and Facebook. Not so much that we needed new ways of distracting ourselves at work, but because both sites can serve as excellent tools for communicating with our customers. Say, for instance that we find out about a new product that we are sure our customers will love. We can add it to our website, but many people won’t see it for a couple of months, maybe longer. But with Twitter and Facebook, we can get the information out to our friends that day. Have a problem with a product, or a shipment? (We hope not, but it happens).
